End of last year some articles on various platforms surfaced that slowly got more traction on social media that talked about dopamine fasting. Just one of many examples:

My personal opinion:
It is nothing new, because all that one does is to completely remove all small rewards from your life for a day or even a weekend. However I like the attention this topic gets due to the fact that people start discussing why this became necessary. Why is it already accepted that a telephone, a communications device can lead to an addiction? I will keep following articles around that topic and will hopefully be able to apply learning in our project around game classification.
